Know how happy you or your attendees are.....
The problem StressDetect solves
During this pandemic situation, one thing we've noticed is, we've got more meetings and online sessions than ever before! And guess what, that's not great. Spending too much time in front of the screen can cause fatigue, mental stress. That's where we present to you StressDetect; a tool to understand your stress levels and happiness level including the stress and happiness levels of those attending the meet with you!
Challenges we ran into
- First-time usage of real-time cloud database (Firebase), especially with Python and Java
- Real-time sending of video from the webcam to the server was a very challenging task.
- Real-time video analysis in Android devices was being hampered due to the fact that you could not change the screens, else your camera would stop.
- Getting a good dataset was a challenge and making it compatible enough to work on both Android and web applications.
- To achieve higher accuracy was a task.
- Staying up all night was definitely one challenge as well! 😂😉
