Challenges I ran into

1. Web3 Payments Are Still Painful

• Sending to wallet addresses is error-prone and stressful.
• No built-in way to send crypto to users without wallets.
• No native support for QR-based or claimable transfers.

2. Lack of Modular Payment Tools

• Most protocols only support direct transfers.
• Streaming payments, claimable drops, and milestone payouts all require custom contract logic.
• No unified toolkit to handle all types of payments.

3. Simplicity vs. Security Tradeoff

• Link/QR-based transfers need strong replay protection.
• Had to design UX that feels like Web2, but is 100% trustless and self-custodial.

4. No Native Payment Layer for IDRX

• IDRX lacks plug-and-play infrastructure for daily payments.
• Needed to build everything from ground up — secure, composable, and gas-efficient.
