The problem Staker solves

Nearly every company in Europe offers their employees extra benefits on top of the wage in order to incentivize and reward talent to stay at the company. However, the current company ownership and benefit schemes run on legacy systems and due to increased interconnectedness and international reach, managing the employee benefit schemes can be cumbersome. Our solution abstracts away the blockchain challenges and automates the full workflow of the employee benefit management schemes.

Challenges we ran into

Some challenges we faced were with combining the work of the team into one cohesive working product. In the end, we managed to divide tasks efficiently. Additionally, we did not manage to fully integrate Galadriel as we did not have time to automatically connect it with our smart contracts. Whilst the capability is there, currently it has to be added automatically. Would need some extra time to automate the processes fully.
