The problem SShift GPT solves
Today, cryptocurrency investors face a fragmented ecosystem where they must navigate multiple websites to manage operations such as lending, borrowing, and exchanging assets. This not only requires them to learn various interfaces but also forces them to establish trust with multiple platforms. Similarly, AI subscriptions are often fragmented, expensive, and lack transparency, requiring users to manage multiple payments and deal with unclear ownership or access rights. Additionally, traditional subscription models often require long-term commitments and debit card payments, making them inaccessible to unbanked individuals and users in developing regions.
Solution: SShift GPT solves these issues by consolidating AI tools and cryptocurrency operations into a single intuitive application. Using natural language through a chat interface, users can seamlessly perform tasks such as executing financial transactions, managing AI models, and accessing blockchain-based tools—all without switching between multiple applications or platforms. By leveraging blockchain-powered subscriptions, SShift GPT ensures transparent and verifiable ownership records while introducing a flexible, pay-per-day pricing model. With subscriptions ranging from 1 to 30 days, users can pay only for the exact duration they need, making AI services more accessible and affordable. This eliminates the need for long-term commitments and enables individuals in unbanked regions to participate in the digital economy without reliance on traditional banking systems.

Challenges we ran into
1- Overcoming Move Agent Kit’s Client-Side Limitations
The Move Agent Kit wasn't designed for client-side execution, risking exposure of our API key and sensitive AI processes. To solve this, we migrated all LangChain logic to the backend. We then map the AI output to specific on-chain tools and securely send these parameters to the client to trigger
2- Creating a Robust App Capable of High Concurrency
Developing a system that can efficiently handle multiple simultaneous users required extensive optimization and stress testing. We implemented scalable backend architecture and load balancing techniques to ensure a seamless experience.
3- Using LangChain to Eliminate the Need for Vendor SDKs
Integrating various AI models across different platforms traditionally required specific SDKs for each vendor, adding complexity. By leveraging LangChain, we developed a unified framework that abstracts away vendor-specific SDK dependencies, allowing seamless access to multiple AI models without integration overhead.
4- Blockchain Smart Contract Development
Ensuring transparent, tamper-proof subscription records required rigorous smart contract design and testing. We mitigated potential security risks by conducting extensive audits and using best practices in blockchain development.
5- Flexible Payment Structures
Implementing a pay-per-day pricing model on-chain while ensuring cost efficiency required innovative smart contract mechanisms. We solved this with a scalable pricing structure where it's cheaper to buy 30 days, but everything down to 1-day access is available, following a curve-based model to balance affordability and flexibility.
6- Striking the Perfect Balance Between Prompting and Functionality
Providing a seamless user experience required fine-tuning the interaction between AI model prompts and automated function calls. We overcame this challenge through successive trial and error, refining our approach iteratively to ensure an intuitive and efficient system.
