Challenges I ran into
One of the biggest challenges I faced while building Splash720 was perfecting the color palette generation to align with the website’s futuristic aesthetic. Ensuring that the AI-generated palettes were both visually appealing and functional required a lot of trial and error. Some colors lacked proper contrast, making text hard to read, while others didn’t match the sleek, modern feel I aimed for. Balancing color harmony, accessibility, and vibrancy meant tweaking gradient styles, adjusting brightness, and refining transparency effects. Additionally, implementing custom typography for "Splash720" to achieve a bold, futuristic look took multiple iterations. I also ran into frontend performance issues, especially when integrating animations and background effects, requiring optimizations to maintain smooth interactions. Despite these hurdles, overcoming them deepened my understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, and frontend optimizations, ultimately making the project more polished and visually compelling.
