During deployment, compatibility issues arose between Streamlit and Flask versions. We resolved this by meticulously selecting compatible versions and utilizing virtual environments. For streamlined deployment, we leveraged Docker for reproducible environments, avoiding any need for additional specialized technologies. To manage concurrent requests, we implemented asynchronous request handling. Achieving scalability was facilitated by deploying on cloud infrastructure with load balancers. Security measures, including input validation and authentication, were implemented to safeguard the application.
