Challenges we ran into

One hurdle we faced was ensuring consistency and accuracy between the prototypes created in Figma and the presentation slides used to showcase the project.

The challenge arose because changes made in the Figma prototypes weren't always accurately reflected in the presentation slides, leading to discrepancies and confusion during demonstrations.

To overcome this hurdle, we implemented the following solutions:

Regular Updates: We established a routine for updating both the Figma prototypes and the presentation slides simultaneously to ensure consistency between the two. This involved coordinating with team members to synchronize changes and revisions across platforms.

Version Control: We utilized version control features in Figma to track changes and revisions made to the prototypes, enabling us to revert to previous versions if necessary. Additionally, we maintained a master version of the presentation slides to serve as a reference point for updates.

Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication among team members played a crucial role in minimizing discrepancies between the prototypes and presentation slides. We established clear channels for sharing updates and feedback, facilitating collaboration and alignment.

By implementing these solutions and emphasizing communication and collaboration among team members, we successfully navigated the challenge of maintaining consistency between Figma prototypes and presentation slides during the prototyping phase of our project.
