The problem SnapHabit solves

As our daily human activities - from energy use and waste to transportation - continue to have a significant environmental impact, there is an urgent need for tools to help individuals make more eco-friendly choices. The negative consequences of our
unsustainable lifestyles are becoming increasingly apparent, with issues like climate change, pollution, and resource depletion threatening the health of our planet.

Challenges we ran into

1 User Validation: Ensuring only real users could commit goals required strong authentication measures, which we balanced with usability.

2 Goal Fulfillment Tracking: Using live cameras to verify goal fulfillment was challenging, especially with scaling. We optimized server setups to handle the load.

3 WhatsApp Web & PWA Integration: Making the app compatible as a PWA with WhatsApp Web integration was complex. Session issues were resolved with improved management and cross-device testing.
