The problem SMS Classroom solves

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to many changes in our lifestyle. From Universities and schools running online and work from
jobs, alot more. Universities, colleges and schools now being run through online platforms led to the
need for access to internet, desktops and smartphones. India being a huge country and many people still use
feature phones and lack access to internet , it is very difficult to attend online classes or answer any
quizzes or poles that happen during the class. According to a survey by NDTV Gadgets 360 33% of Indians
still use feature phones. So, here we are to create an android app that helps the students who are having no access to internet
and only use feature phones to attend polls and quizzes that their professors conduct in their class using sms system.
This requires only the professor to have a smartphone so that he can send sms of the polls and quiz questions to his students
and they can answer by replying back to the message. This way it makes education simpler for students living in remote areas with
no proper facilities. Let's develop India together to the future!!!

Challenges we ran into

Sending the SMS without Human Interaction was quite difficult but we pulled off with a lot of research and help from fellow developers.
