During the development of our project, we encountered a significant challenge related to the integration complexity of various components, including appointment booking, queue management, and report retrieval. The different systems involved had unique data formats, posing difficulties in achieving seamless communication between them.

To address this issue, we conducted a thorough analysis of each system's APIs and data structures. Additionally, we implemented custom middleware to bridge the gap between disparate systems, translating and normalizing data as needed. Adopting an incremental testing approach proved valuable, allowing us to identify and address issues early in the integration process. Collaborating closely with the vendors of existing systems was also instrumental, as their insights helped us navigate through the intricacies of their APIs and resolve compatibility issues.

Through these efforts, we successfully overcame the challenges associated with integration complexity, ensuring a more cohesive and efficient system for users.
