-Cumbersome, time taking and costly process for the landlords;

-Lack of discipline among tenants;
-Delayed rent and bill payments;
-Attendance process is manual and cumbersome;

Challenges we ran into

The primary challenge we faced was integrating Google AutoML into our android app. Basically we used it to create and train our dataset. But somehow, later we got to know that Google doesn't allow the users to download the dataset which we were to integrate in our app. After many trials to find a problem to the solution, we relied upon tensorflow and tflite models to use it with ML-Kit.
