Challenges I ran into

1. Blockchain Integration: Integrating a decentralized blockchain initially led to transaction delays due to network congestion. We resolved this by implementing layer 2 scaling solutions such as sidechains and off-chain state channels, which optimized transaction throughput securely.

2. IoT Device Integration: Ensuring compatibility of diverse IoT devices with SmartNet was challenging. Standardizing APIs, extensive testing, and partnerships with manufacturers were crucial in achieving seamless integration and interoperability.

3. Data Privacy and Security: Safeguarding sensitive IoT data while ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations posed dual challenges.
