The problem Smart-I.V. solves

Nurse is always required to stay near the drip to check if it is about to get empty and needs to be replaced. In case of failure, it results into seeping of air bubbles while in other case it causes reverse flow of blood which further causes lot of pain. In some cases, it can even result into immediate death of patients. Negligence in monitoring drip system connected to patients can cause severe consequences to avoid such mishappens our innovation will be monitoring drip system and alert the doctor and hospital staff in alarming situations. This is of high advantage to the patients especially during night times.

Challenges we ran into

The main problem we faced was the unavailability of hardware components in this lockdown which caused a grave issue for us. UI design for the android application was another challenge we faced, choosing the corresponding design which suits best for the app was a tedious task. Implementing firebase with javascript was also an issue which kept us on out toes. It kept us in check and motivated all along.
