It makes the recruiting process efficient as the recruiters does not have to go through hundreds of resumes to select applicants which may also lead to mistakes. Our project uses machine learning algorithm to make this task easier. It matches the resume of a candidate to a recruiters job requirements and provides best candidates by figuring out the Job Fit Score (JFS) for each applicant.
