PROBLEM EXPLAINATION: Inadequate means of measurement and monitoring of goods and stock in industries, warehouses, retail stores etc. may result in delay in supply of goods and wastage of time, money, human resources, lost sales, dissatisfied customers, increase in shipment charges due to rush orders and might impact customer and supplier relationships.

Challenges we ran into

Design Planning: The initial brainstorming generated multiple designs, each with its own set of benefits. To address this, our team engaged in extensive discussions to combine the strengths of different designs into a single project, resulting in the "Smart Stock Management System."

SMTP Server Connections to ESP: This phase posed a significant challenge, as there were limited references available to guide us on integrating SMTP with ESP. However, after members of our team delved into the fundamentals of C++ and Python scripting, we finally made a breakthrough.

Market Research: While we had a clear idea and execution plan, we wanted to ensure its scalability and demand in the market. Connecting with ordinary people and industry experts was a challenging task. With the assistance of the Reva Hack Community, we managed to establish contact with a few experts and members of the general public, which allowed us to make adjustments to our design accordingly.
