Data quality: Obtaining and curating a diverse and comprehensive dataset of resumes and job descriptions posed challenges due to variations in formats, languages, and terminology.
Model accuracy: Ensuring the machine learning model accurately interprets and matches qualifications from resumes to job descriptions required extensive training and fine-tuning.
User experience: Designing a user-friendly interface that seamlessly integrates the ML model's results while maintaining privacy and security standards presented UI/UX challenges.
Scalability: Addressing the scalability of the system to handle a large volume of resume and job description uploads concurrently without compromising performance or response time.
