Challenges we ran into

1. User Experience (UX) & Personalization
   Building a platform where each user feels personally guided — be it a mentor or learner — demanded a UX that adapts dynamically. Designing intuitive dashboards and personalized learning flows took deep thinking and user testing.

2. Time Management Under Hackathon Pressure
   One of the biggest challenges was managing time while ensuring that features were not just functional but polished. Balancing UI design, backend logic, and bug fixing within the limited time frame tested both skill and focus.

3. Creating a Modular Codebase for Future Expansion
   Even during MVP, the project was built with future in mind — like adding video calls, payment integration, certification, etc. Designing a modular and extensible code structure so future features don’t require rewriting everything was tough but essential.

4. Performance Optimization with Limited Resources
   Ensuring fast load times, smooth UI/UX, and database efficiency without deploying to expensive cloud systems (since it’s a hackathon) challenged your optimization skills and taught you how to get the most out of minimal setup.
