Scaffold-ETH2 Integration Failure
Our initial plan to bootstrap the dApp using Scaffold-ETH2 failed due to compatibility issues with our architecture. We pivoted to building our own setup from scratch, which gave us more flexibility and control.

Substream Implementation Struggles
We aimed to integrate Substreams for efficient on-chain data indexing but encountered persistent technical hurdles. As a workaround, we successfully implemented a standard Subgraph, which still met our core data needs.
