The problem Size Credit solves
Size unifies fixed-rate liquidity across all maturities, solving the problem of fractured liquidity that has prevented fixed-rate credit markets from scaling in DeFi.
This is achieved with a novel 'term structure order book' where offers on the book are expressed as continuous yield curves.
Some highlights from our product:
- Borrowers can choose any due date they want, down to the second, a simple experience that not even most tradfi products offer.
- Lenders and borrowers can exit early any time through the order book.
- Assets on the order book earn a variable rate while unmatched, from your favorite yield source via yield hooks, so that you can level up any DeFi yield with term premiums.
- Cross-market liquidity with simultaneous offers.

Challenges I ran into
Term structure offers are novel and requiring that they be managed manually is extreme user friction. To overcome this, we designed a lender abstraction layer (the Earn product) where Curators manage sets of acceptable collaterals and their pricings by a Rate Provider. The user simply deposits and chooses a Curator to start earning.
