This is my first time participating in a hackathon and also my first approach to Web3 development. I consider this experience an excellent opportunity to not only learn new technologies, but also to connect with like-minded people who share a passion for innovation. In addition, it gives me the possibility to expose my project to a wider audience, which is key to make its purpose and the impact it could have on the lives of many people known.

Web3 and blockchain represent not only a technological revolution, but also an opportunity to build a more equitable world, where people have greater control over their resources and decisions. My project reflects this ideal, and I am confident that, thanks to this space, I will be able to refine it, receive valuable feedback and generate partnerships with other participants.

what we are addressing with the project is that people feel confident with web3, there is a lot of fear and mistrust, so with SivarETH we want to educate and teach good basics of what web3 means.

SivarETH main objective is to support entrepreneurs and small foundations in order to benefit people in need. SivarETH's approach can be described as a collaborative formula: a + b = 1, where:

“a” represents entrepreneurs and foundations, whom we educate in the Web3 ecosystem, helping them adopt new technologies and strategies to grow and adapt to the digital age.

“b” corresponds to the beneficiaries of these entrepreneurs, who also receive education in Web3, and are provided access to products and services offered by ‘a’. In turn, “b” can learn to use decentralized tools, such as cryptocurrencies, to improve their quality of life and access essential resources.

The SivarETH model seeks to create a cycle of mutual impact: entrepreneurs (“a”) are trained in Web3, improve their businesses and, thanks to the sales of NFTs and donations, funds are generated to help beneficiaries (“b”). These beneficiaries, in addition to receiving financial assistance, consume products or services from the participating entrepreneurs, which strengthens local economies and generates synergy between the two groups. In the long run, both “a” and “b” benefit, not only economically, but also through learning and adopting new technologies.

This approach ensures that Web3 technology is used not only as a means of fundraising, but as an educational tool that empowers all involved, thus creating an inclusive and sustainable ecosystem.

The biggest challenge I encountered in developing this project was running into people who had never heard of Web3. Often, the lack of information led to skepticism, and some even thought it was a scam. Initially, my project had a different approach, but the lack of understanding on the part of those unfamiliar with the technology made me rethink my approach.

However, far from discouraging me, these obstacles motivated me to redouble my efforts. Instead of seeing mistrust as a brake, I took it as an opportunity to educate and generate a change in perception. I dedicated myself to further study the Web3 ecosystem, delving deeper into how it works, its benefits and the potential it has to transform industries and improve people's lives. With the knowledge gained, I began to design clearer and more effective strategies to communicate in a simple and transparent way the advantages of Web3, highlighting its security, accessibility and ability to generate new economic opportunities.

In addition, the challenge of misinformation prompted me to focus the project not only on the implementation of technological solutions, but also on education. I decided that a fundamental part of my mission would be to train people, whether they are entrepreneurs or users, to understand how Web3 works, how it can be applied to their lives and, above all, how they can benefit from this technology.

This process has not been easy, but it has allowed me to improve my project and make it more inclusive and accessible to those who are not familiar with the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
