Your AI-Powered Crypto Assistant

The problem Sila solves

Current wallet solutions require managing complicated seed phrases and navigating technical interfaces. This complexity deters adoption, especially for non-technical individuals.
Moreover, there is a lack of intuitive conversational or voice-based interfaces that could lower the barrier to entry and enhance user experience.

Challenges I ran into

Challenge:
Integrating seamless wallet creation via email on Base while maintaining strong security and user privacy.

Hurdle:
Initial flows exposed friction in linking email accounts to on-chain addresses, causing failed signups and user confusion.

How I overcame it:
I streamlined the verification process, implemented clearer step-by-step guidance, and used Base’s robust identity APIs for smoother, secure account linking.
I also added instant feedback on errors, which helped users complete onboarding successfully — based on feedback and bug reports during early tests.

This improved both conversion rates and user satisfaction, turning a critical pain point into a smooth experience.

What is your product’s unique value proposition?

The global DeFi market continues rapid growth, yet user onboarding
remains a bottleneck. Early MVP testing on Ethereum’s Sepolia
testnet shows promising results, with over 90% of users reporting
improved ease of use and satisfaction. We are actively engaging
with Avalanche ecosystem partners to explore deeper integrations,
leveraging its fast, low-cost, EVM-compatible platform.

Who is your target customer?

My target customers are mainstream, non-crypto-native users who want simple, safe access to web3 but are frustrated by complex wallet setups. This includes beginners exploring crypto, users of social and gaming platforms integrating web3 features, and communities onboarding via email or familiar login methods.

How I have confirmed this:

MVP tests showed high satisfaction and conversion rates when offering email-based onboarding and conversational wallet support.

User feedback highlighted strong demand for easy wallet setup and proactive assistance, confirming product-market fit for this segment.

Who are your closest competitors and how are you different?

Main Competitors:

How SILA is Different:

Ease of Use: SILA allows wallet creation via email and supports direct Ethereum account connections for quick onboarding.

Voice & Conversational Support: SILA features both voice and text-based commands for wallet management, unlike competitors.

Custodial & Non-Custodial Options: Users can pick between custodial (email-based) or non-custodial wallets (EOA), offering more flexibility.

AI-Powered Assistance: SILA provides AI-powered support for wallet tasks and user queries, making it more interactive and helpful than other options.

What is your distribution strategy and why?

Integration with Base Ecosystem: Launch first on Base to leverage its scalability, low fees, and growing developer/user community.

Hackathon & Community Channels: Promote via Base hackathon events, community dev forums, and social media for fast initial adoption.

Partnerships: Collaborate with other Base apps and projects for cross-promotion and ecosystem growth.

Why:
This approach ensures rapid user onboarding from a relevant, active community, takes advantage of Base’s technical strengths, and creates organic growth by connecting with other Base ecosystem builders.
