Employers can find suitable labourers in their locality by logging in and searching for available workers.
Daily wage workers who lack A smartphone or have a keypad mobile phone can also access service using QR codes to mark their availability.
SHRAMIK provides benefits to labourers, such as the ability to be hired directly by customers and receive payment in cash or online directly to their bank accounts.
he Solution is a QR-Code based app/website that provides daily work for unorganised sector labourers by marking their availability, enabling customers to hire them with ease, reducing the need for smartphones and travel.

Challenges we ran into

We faced Tracking Location problems as the labours uses keypad mobile phones that doesn't have gps technology to live track them.
We faced the probleme to mark their availablity on the online platfrom as the doesn't have smartphones and most of them uses keypad mobile phones like JIO 4G.
We faced issues with android studio and java multiple times throught the building phase of this project.
There were many issues with the image assets present in the android files.
We faced many issues while connecting Application, Website with Firebase for realtime data updation.
