• Tailoring the chatbot to understand specific inquiries related to Sheraton Hotel could have been challenging. Tuning the chatbot to recognize and respond accurately to a wide range of user queries about hotel services, bookings, amenities, and local information requires a robust knowledge base and effective natural language processing techniques.
• Creating a custom knowledge base and prompt template that aligns with the chatbot's requirements might have been challenging
• Dealing with unexpected user inputs or API errors and implementing appropriate error handling mechanisms to provide meaningful error messages to users could have been a challenge
• Thoroughly testing the chatbot to identify and fix potential bugs, inconsistencies in responses, or inaccuracies in information is crucial. Debugging the interactions between the chatbot components and Cohere's API endpoints is essential for delivering a reliable product.
