The problem SheGrows solves

It is found out that almost each and every other company have their own programs to encourage more women to come and explore tech but due to some lack of information or miscommunication, most of the time it is being missed by the students. To bridge that gap we have came up with " SheGrows ". SheGrows is the onestop platform for the girls where all the opportunities along with numerous features are offered or listed in our website.
The following services are available in our website :

1. AI bot (can be asked any questions & can also rectify our cold emails).
2. Real time chat application (where student can connect directly with the recruiters).
3. To eliminate inconvinience, we have listed the jobs in 5 sections i.e,(hackathons, conferences, hirings, internships and workshops).
4. Jobs can be filtered according to the titles/names and can also be bookmarked for later use.
5. Being a non-profit organization we are also making sure that the underpreviledged girls should also get some opportunities to explore the tech field thats why we are raising funds.
6. Remembering passwords for each and every website is a hectic task, so we have brought a new technology into our website i.e, passwordless authentication which we have implemented using the magic-sdk.
7. During Registration we are collecting student's email id, so whenever we will be posting any jobs into our website they will be receiving a notification in their mail.
8. Last but not the least, we have integrated formspree into our contact form, so we will be giving 24*7 tech support to all our users, those who would face any kind of technical issues.

Challenges we ran into

We faced lots of challenges during this period of the hackathon.

1. Here we have used 5 different api's to integrate with our website which is I think the most tougest job we have ever done within this short period of time. We faced serveral issues while integrating the openai api and chatengine api but at the end we solved by seeing a lot of docs and searching on web.

2. The website should be user-friendly and easy to navigate. Our team will need to consider how users will interact with the site and design the user interface accordingly. We had kept in mind that the UI and UX of the project will play and huge role.

3. Collaborating with a team can be challenging, especially if members have different skill sets or work styles but luckily we sorted out our skills and worked upon our own expertise to bring great outcome.
