Our app solves the problem of the lack of vital resource sharing amidst the pandemic with all the helpful voice commands provided . Resource sharing like oxygen cylinders, medicines for covid-19 etc.

The problem ShareApp solves

In the current time of pandemic , where everything is being disturbed , every field is facing difficulties and people are suffering and dying due to the lack of the resources available in the hospitals and medical stores leading to black marketing of remdesivir injections and different kind of medications which can help to treat covid positive people.

We have built an app with a much needed login and singup pages at the first connected to the google firebase realtime database for the database purposed and then in the homepage we have given a general tab in which people logged in can add a request in the form of a post which is visible like horizontal cards with details like the main requirement and a small description of it for others to see and get a better understanding of in a very simplistic manner. Again any user can contact to a particular request posted to some other user and a mail will be sent to the user who has put up the request with the email id of the user who wants to help.

Moving ahead there's a tab named "HELP" which has all the voice commands helpful for understanding how to use the application with credits as well. These voice commands can be heard by clicking on their specific buttons which eventually triggers the audioplayer used in the backend of the app.

We have focused more on the backend part as I think that it is very important to have a better working backend with a decent UI design rather than having a great UI with no so great features.
Thank you :)

Challenges we ran into

Talking about challenges , implementing the app itself was pretty lengthy and specifically the audioplayer implementation which plays the voice commands wasn't really working because of some build issues as it develops cache into the phone and then the app builds, but we got it working perfectly fine.
