Based on the problem that we have, Share Estate made the sharing of property or estate possible. The idea is to fractionize the ownership of an estate to multiple owners, and these owners act as “shareholders” of that estate. In this way, anyone can invest on property without having to worry about the huge burden of debt. By using Smart Contract with Blockchain technology, we can automize the creation of every single agreement. Since we are using blockchain technology, we can also ensures the transparency and provides an immutable record of ownership and transactions.
