The problem Seva Connect solves

SevaConnect is a centralized platform that collectivizes essential services like Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, voter ID cards, and more. Instead of duplicating the processing of these services, SevaConnect simplifies the user experience by providing backlinks to the official government websites where users can directly avail these facilities.

By providing backlinks to government websites, SevaConnect ensures a seamless experience for users. They can navigate the platform to find the specific service they need and then click on the provided backlink, which redirects them to the official government portal.

The backlinks act as a bridge between SevaConnect and the government websites, enabling users to access the facilities with ease. Once redirected, users can follow the official application process, submit required documents, and complete the necessary steps as instructed by the respective government department.

Challenges we ran into

During the development of SevaConnect for the hackathon, the team may have encountered the following challenges:

• Data security: Handling sensitive personal information such as Aadhaar card details and PAN card data requires robust security measures to ensure the protection of user data and compliance with data privacy regulations.

• User experience design: Designing a user-friendly interface that caters to a wide range of users with varying levels of digital literacy and accessibility needs can be a challenge. Ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience was likely a significant consideration.
