Mental illnesses affect almost everyone. We have worked on a project which helps people suffering from Alzheimer's disease, works as a voice assistant, and most importantly helps in curing depression.

The problem Serenity -- A peace of mind solves

  1. Our device will give out the solution based on the patient’s thoughts and emotions. To be exact it’s going to analyze the speech pattern of the patient and will then recommend a solution based on those patterns.
  2. Our device will mostly focus on speech or talk therapy. As it’s proven in the research, the best way to help someone suffering from depression is to talk to the patient.
  3. Because of the talkback feature provided by the device, the patient will be able to rant his/her anger, which is the best way to reduce stress.
  4. Since, most depressive thoughts are negative and illogical in nature. They can be cured if someone can provide logical advice. This can be provided by our device.
  5. Our device will also use secondary features which greatly reduce stress and depression. Some of those are: -
    · Meditation – meditation is a proven way to reduce stress.
    · Medication – Since our device will also be connected with a therapist. A patient can ask for prescribed medication from a therapist.
    · Music – Since our device is also used as a voice assistant. It can help in playing relaxing music, which greatly reduces stress.
    · Making a schedule – A schedule helps people organize their thoughts. This feature can be of great help for patients, suffering from the problem of memory loss.
    · Exercise – Our device will also recommend some exercises, which can be a great help for the patient.
  6. Our device will also target the audience which does not suffer from depression as they will be able to use this device as their voice assistant.
  7. Since, our device will record the thoughts and emotions of the user. It will be a great aid for people suffering from Alzheimer’s and some kind of memory-related issues.
