The problem Security Cam solves

Our security cam recognises and easily records the person who is near and is trying to use your device. It will record the video which will be automatically saved in your device and you will be get to know who is using your device when you are away.
If the person comes in the frame it will start recording and if the person is away for more than 5 second then it will stop the recording and if the person comes back new recording will get start.

Challenges we ran into

Initially we faced the difficulty while opening the webcamera but after using function destroyAllWindows we were able to resolve the problem. We also face difficulty while using datetime module and by using proper syntax we were able to resolve it.
