The problem SecondStep solves
Second Step is a hyperlocal disaster relief management platform aimed at providing assistance to individuals, volunteers, and relief agencies during times of crisis. Our platform empowers affected individuals to report damages, connects volunteers with relevant skills to assist in relief efforts, and enables relief agencies to efficiently manage resources and coordinate assistance.
Challenges we ran into
While we were working on our project, we realised that we took on more work than what we could do in the alloted time. Being beginners, we decided to simplify our code despite it meaning that it won't be just as efficient.
