Our problem is an incomplete medical history at the disposal of the school nurse when a student comes in with a complaint.
It hinders a school nurses' ability to provide timely and accurate treatment.
Leading to delays and potentially worsening the condition.
Lack of knowledge about allergies and adverse reactions can lead to the risk of severe allergic reactions in students

Our project allows the parent to upload their child's medical history (allergies, past surgeries, current medications etc)
The nurse can view these medical history on the child's medical
