The problem Save Tiger solves

Our Inspiration:-
The national animal of India is the tiger, and we wanted to do our part to help preserve this magnificent creature. India has 2,967 tigers, which is 70% of the world's total tiger population. It is important to protect these animals to allow their population to proliferate.

Save Tiger can solve many problems:-
Conservation of the tiger population: By donating all funds generated on minting an NFT to charities that help to save the depleting tiger population in India, your application can contribute towards conservation efforts and help raise awareness about this issue.

Transparency in donations: Since all transactions on the blockchain are transparent and publicly available, donors can easily verify that their contribution was received by the intended charity.

Limited-edition NFTs: Users who mint an NFT from Save Tiger will own a unique, limited-edition piece of artwork that supports a good cause. This can help incentivize donations and contribute to the application's overall success.

Educational purposes: The application can also serve an educational purpose, by raising awareness about the importance of conservation efforts and blockchain technology.

Challenges we ran into

Ensuring the security of the application: Since the application involves handling user funds and sensitive information, it's important to take extra care to ensure the security of the application. This can involve measures such as thoroughly testing the application, using secure development practices, and implementing robust security features.

Handling user experience: Since the application involves handling blockchain transactions and integrating with external services like IPFS, it's important to ensure that the user experience is as smooth and streamlined as possible. This can involve providing clear and concise instructions, handling errors gracefully, and minimizing the amount of technical knowledge that users need to have.

Getting in touch with charities: Finding the perfect NGO/charity that works most honestly to help tigers without misuse of funds and provide full transparency.
Integration: Web3 requires immense expertise in a variety of emerging technologies and figuring out how to integrate them in a smooth manner can be a challenge.
