Challenges I ran into

⚡ Implementing RAG with Pathway
Integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Pathway was challenging due to:
- Indexing large legal datasets (IPC, CrPC, Evidence Act) efficiently.
- Ensuring fast, accurate retrieval of relevant case laws.
- Reducing latency while querying real-time legal data.
✅ Solution: We optimized vector search with FAISS, pre-processed legal texts using NLP chunking, and implemented caching for frequently accessed sections.
🚀 Deployment Challenges
- Scalability – Handling concurrent queries from police, lawyers, and citizens.
- Security & Privacy – Protecting sensitive legal case data.
- Multi-language Support – Generating legal documents in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
✅ Solution: We used Docker + Kubernetes for scalable deployment, implemented RBAC for security, and integrated mBERT for multilingual support.
