The problem SAS FatToSlim solves

This is the solution provided to the problem statements given to us about frauds being done by franchise owners to the company which leads to low royalty money revenue to the company and further leads to losses. The problem is that the franchise owners registers more number of clients and shows less to the company. so we created a solution which solves this problem. Our solution contains offers(20-30% discount) for the users who registers for the program using this portal which leads more clients to be registered online rather than offline. Our project also contains transpeerencies for the company which shows whole database users to the main company and show only area users to the franchise owners. It also contains an analytics tab for the company owner that gives certain analytics and reports like current Number of users, Current customer retention rate, current revenue compared to the previous years revenue. This portal will be used by three types of users 1. clients 2. Franchise owner 3. company owners.

Challenges we ran into

the challenges involve installing and configuring various software packages and dependencies, which was time-consuming and error-prone. Another challenge was handling data consistency and synchronization between the frontend and backend components of the project. This involves implementing complex data validation and verification processes, as well as dealing with conflicts that arise when multiple users attempt to access or modify the same data simultaneously.
