Challenges we ran into

It was extremely challenging to build the Sarvagyaata AI-All In One AI Solution. The major implementation challenges include:

1. Preprocessing and Integration of Data
   Challenges: Integrating diverse data sources and uniform preprocessing was a challenge. All the features, from AutoML to Twitter Sentiment Analysis, dealt with different kinds of data with different preprocessing requirements.
   • Solution: We have devised the data pipeline capable of providing robustness through data integration and preprocessing with the help of ETL processes so that data passes through all the modules smoothly and frictionless.
2. AutoML Scalability:
   • Challenge: For guarantying the model from our gargantuan data, the large and complex model of our AutoML should easily work seamlessly and without compromising on performance.
