The problem SARTHI solves

Users who want to schedule an ambulance have to either phone one of the government helpline numbers and wait on a huge waiting list or contact a hospital and check if they have a vacant ambulance or not . In both cases, there is a middle entity between the patient and the ambulance driver, hence a lack of communication develops, which can be really concerning. Hence, there is a need for a centralized platform to connect the patient directly to the ambulance driver.
