Sarathi not only addresses the core need for job placement but also fosters a supportive community, offers valuable guidance, and provides users with essential information on their rights and available support systems.
The major challenge we faced apart from the tech was definitely trying to visualise how to make this platform inclusive and not make our disabled friends feel excluded. The localisation part was quite challenging but we have completed it to a satisfactory extent. Also matching jobs to the users profile according to their accommodations and need was a good fight.
