Create. Showcase. Organize—All in One Place. Streamlining Project Planning and Documentation

The problem Sarasvishva solves

Sarasvishva is designed to simplify and enhance the entire project planning process, making it easier for teams to collaborate, strategize, and document their work. It provides a comprehensive toolkit that allows users to:

Create and Manage Project Goals: Outline key objectives and goals for your project, ensuring all team members are aligned.
Identify End Users & Stakeholders: Define who your project serves and who is impacted, ensuring clear communication and engagement with stakeholders.
Perform Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks early in the process and plan accordingly to mitigate them.
Develop User Flows & Story Maps: Visualize user journeys and create detailed user story maps for clarity and ease of execution.
Sketch & Wireframe Ideas: Create early sketches and wireframes to prototype concepts and validate designs before full development.
Organize Everything in a Case Study: All of this documentation can be compiled into a single case study file, offering a structured way to present and review project progress.
Each project is housed within a team structure, where multiple team members can collaborate in real time. Sarasvishva also allows users to export project files in multiple formats—PNG, JPG, and PDF—making sharing and presenting information simple and professional.

By centralizing these tools, Sarasvishva streamlines complex tasks, enhances team collaboration, and ensures that all project documentation is well-organized and easily accessible.

Challenges I ran into

I had to study different UI designs. Make competitor analysis. Learn about how products are being launched in ProductHunt. Had to talk to product designers to gather feedback. Talk to founders and share my story. Learning about new js libraries to create infinite canvas for the user story mapping part.
