Challenges we ran into
Over-Brainstorming and Ideation Process
-Challenge: One of the biggest hurdles we faced was overthinking during the brainstorming and ideation phase. We initially struggled with identifying the right balance between offering a broad set of features and focusing on a few that would have the most significant impact on skill development.
-Solution: We decided to narrow down our focus to key skill sets that would make a real difference, such as digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and vocational training. We worked on refining the core idea by gathering feedback from mentors and potential users, helping us filter out unnecessary features and keep the solution focused.
