The problem Sales Intelligence Engine solves
Sales teams at B2B companies waste hours every week on repetitive operational tasks: manually generating quotations, proposals, and pricing documents for each deal; updating CRM records after client meetings; monitoring deal health across pipelines; and coordinating across Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and their CRM. These fragmented workflows create bottlenecks, slow down deal velocity, and introduce human error — especially for lean sales teams managing multiple enterprise deals simultaneously.
Challenges we ran into
Integrating multiple external APIs (Monday.com GraphQL, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack) into a cohesive pipeline required careful orchestration — especially handling template-based document generation (Excel quotations, PowerPoint proposals) while preserving formatting and merged cells. Parsing unstructured MoM documents with Claude to extract structured CRM updates reliably was another challenge, requiring prompt engineering to produce consistent JSON output. Building a real-time deal health scoring system that weighs pipeline stages, stale contacts, and missing data into actionable alerts also required iterating on the scoring model.
