The problem SakshamSevak solves

- Offers reminders for medications, including visuals and text-to-speech for easy identification, reducing missed doses.
- Integrates virtual companionship with an interactive chatbot to provide social engagement and combat isolation.
- Encourages a healthy lifestyle by offering exercise guidance and tracking, along with access to natural health remedies.
- Stores and analyzes medical records, making it easy to track health trends and share information with healthcare providers.

Challenges we ran into
During the development of "SakshamSevak," we encountered several challenges, but one of the most significant hurdles was implementing the fall detection feature using device sensors. Our initial approach to detecting falls was overly sensitive, leading to numerous false positives. These false alarms were not only frustrating but also diminished the reliability of the feature, which is crucial for the elderly users who depend on accurate alerts.
