In the heart of India, a silent struggle persists - the lack of mental health awareness. For many, the journey towards mental wellness is fraught with obstacles. Despite the pressing need for support and understanding, countless individuals find themselves grappling alone, their cries for help muffled by the weight of societal stigma and the haunting question, "What will the others think of me?". This lack of awareness not only hinders their well-being but also has repercussions on their productivity and overall quality of life. According to WHO, suicide is an emerging public health issue in India. We have designed this app to become their safe haven, keeping in mind that many people do not receive the necessary support and treatment which then leads to negative consequences on their well- being, productivity and overall quality of Life.
