In the rural landscapes, specifically in tier-2 and tier-3 areas, a considerable portion of the elderly population encounters significant hurdles due to their inability to read and write in English. As a result, they heavily depend on others for help in deciphering vital documents like bank notices and information related to government schemes. Compounding this challenge is the lack of educational programs tailored to their age group, further reinforcing their reliance on external assistance for reading necessities.
Adding to their struggles, the cumbersome task of standing in government offices for extended periods to update documents becomes a daunting and tiresome endeavor. The complexity of government portals only amplifies the confusion, leaving them feeling helpless and overwhelmed by the intricacies of the system.

The process was somewhat tedious, but through perseverance, we successfully streamlined the integration.
Designing the user interface posed another hurdle, particularly because our target audience comprised elders. Striking the right balance between user-friendliness and simplicity became a focal point. We dedicated time and effort to ensure that the UI remained intuitive and less complex, catering to the specific needs and preferences of our elderly users. This commitment to creating an accessible and friendly interface reflects our dedication to providing a seamless experience for all users.
