Patients who want to schedule an ambulance have to
either phone one of the government's helpline phone
numbers and wait on huge waiting lists or contact a
hospital and check if they have a vacant ambulance. In
both cases there is a middle-entity between the
patient and Ambulance Driver, hence a lack of
communication develops, which can be really
concerning. Hence, their is a need for an centralized
platform to connect the patient directly with the
Ambulance.
