Continuous on-chain sentiment markets

The problem r8[rate] solves

Continuous on-chain sentiment markets
We turn public opinion into a real-time, tradable signal

image
Why:

  • People want a live pulse of the crowd
  • Legacy media lost trust
  • Prediction markets ask “will it?” - not “how do we feel?”

Solution:

  • Opinion market: price = signal, skin-in-the-game kills noise

What is your product’s unique value proposition?

The goal:

  • To come from subjective rankings to skin-in-the game tradable live charts

image

How we make it

  • No oracles. No resolution
  • This isn’t “will X happen?” It’s a continious sentiment read of the community’s current view. Enter/exit anytime
  • Rankings are determined not by algorithms or opinions, but by the collective actions of market participants putting their money where their beliefs are
  • Powered by LS-LMSR (Liquidity-Sensitive Logarithmic Market Scoring Rule)
  • Gasless transactions for embedded wallets
  • Trade with USDC on Base

image
First case - crypto KOLs

  • Live charts “alpha/shitposting, degen/normie”, axes move by markets
  • Put your money where your mouth is: buys/sells move the price -> the position on the chart moves
  • Price = skin-in-the-game aggregated signal

How to:

  • Pick an influencer -> open a position on an axis -> watch their point move
  • Don’t like the placement? Move it with the market

image

What’s next:

  • More sectors & dashboards - sports, politics, media, VC funds, projects, etc
  • Exploring a perp layer on top using log-odds to trade with leverage and maximize upside

Who is your target customer?

image

1. Crypto social-traders - active degen on CT, Polymarket, meme-coins
Core Need: fast, 24/7 bet on public sentiment to monetise opinions instantly
Pain Points:
- Memes != clear scoreboard
- Prediction markets resolve slowly

2. Retail “Normies”
Core Need: simple up–down bet to make quick money, greed first
Pain Points:
- Most instruments feel complex
- Memes are random, no fair entry price

3. Fan communities - k-pop fandoms, gaming guilds, NFT PFP collectors, etc.
Core Need: signal loyalty - "we're pumping our star/collection"
Pain Points:
- Follower counts and likes easy to make fake
- No on-chain “fan power” metric

Who are your closest competitors and how are you different?

image

1. TakesFun
Issue:

  • Very complicated users onboarding even for degens. 2 bonding curves for the each statement
  • Pump.fun problem = snipers and cabals
  • Wash‑trading risk from influencers who launched their tokens + a large KOL can push its own take so the price reflects its audience, not the market consensus
  • Manipulation of 20% liquidity deduction rule - a coordinated bets in one direction instantly burns out the other side liquidity, creating the illusion of a strong consensus

2. Noise
Trading Kaito mindshare
Issue:

  • It doesn't show actual people's feelings about basic assets - whether it’s positive or negative. Example: SBF collapse = SBF mindshare would grow same time
  • Mostly people bet on grow as soon as all hottest mindshares are growing over certain period on Kaito
  • Basic asset manipulation risk: a lot of agencies offer increasing your mindshare
  • Trust to Kaito’s mindshare is decreasing due to low quality yapping

3. Polymarket and all other prediction markets
Issue:

  • Resolution and binary outcomes - no answer on the question whether Musk's reputation positive or negative now
