The problem :/rr solves

:/rr is an initiative that is looking to be the first career market in crypto- basically a talent shop for projects, and a store-front for talents.

There isn't really a functioning career market in crypto, there's a creator market, and that's the usecase of all infofi projects- a channel for brands to farm people who don't really care about what they are building, all for an incentive. we believe crypto has matured more than this endless cycle of the next shinning thing... with :/rr, projects can get a more dedicated service from the talents that really care about what they are building (whatever those services may be), and on the flipside, talents get to be part of a more stable job role that doesn't just have them chasing any leaderboard or any uncertainties on allocations from those projects.

We believe in the existence of infofi as it currently functions today, and the farming culture too as it is- :/rr's mission isn't to disrupt this but to build a more sustainable avenue for talents and projects benefitting from each other, this is why the sorts of projects that would require a partnership with our initiative are those that are already in their post-tge phase and have already built a soft-landing model for their token launch strategy, all as their teams have planned it. :/rr would be the next step in the journey of running the business they're into in the space, and how further to keep executing their goals through the best talents web3 has to offer... and for those talents, it would be a question of whether they cared about the project enough to now want to start working for them after the pre-tge farm (since majority of these talents would now know so much about these projects by now).

:/rr by design is to be the next big thing after infofi, literally... a funnel down, for brands and talents to fall to for a more solid ground in their respective journeys, and we're building it person by person, first as a community of these like-minded and talented individuals, and everyone can be a part of it.

Challenges I ran into

me being a founder of the initiative need a social proof to be able to start on building the community aspect of it all and get hype and attention for the idea on the timeline.

What is your product’s unique value proposition?

there isn't any work being done to get the right people for the right roles in web3, as opposed to the creator market, the career market seems abandoned, or operates with a lot of nepotism. with :/rr, we are shooting to solve that- through the idea of grooming a community of talented people in crypto, accessing a career accelerator service with little barrier to entry, the right talent gets the right roles, all while keeping fairness as the forefront.

The most relevant mainstream earning channels that exist for the majority of our native talents in the space today is through the user farming trend that infofi has posed to be, we feel our industry has matured far more than having this constraint and that's why we are bringing :/rr into the picture for its product aspect to exist as a solve for this.

Who is your target customer?

everyone with a monetizable skill that can exist in the web3 career market.

Who are your closest competitors and how are you different?

there aren't any competitors that we know of.

What is your distribution strategy and why?

:/rr is community driven, the strategy is to gain attention on the twitter timeline, leverage on content to pass the vision and get traction into the discord through that, then exist as a free community while the team works in the background to bring our product to life through partnership secures with projects, top talent initiatives, existing chains, upcoming chains, and basically every brand/project that is looking to build something in the space.
We understand their vision, know what they are shooting for, and get them the right talents in our community to help them get there.

For our revenue model, we are still exploring a strategy that would have our partnership terms with said project pay :/rr for this service, while the talents too pay :/rr for the service.
