The problem Rozgaar Bharat solves
The unskilled in our country is not getting the pay he deserves. Most of the money they are earning is grabbed up by the middle men.
They have no choice in the job they are accepting.
The present market strategies to tackle the same problem includes employing the unskilled labour to their organization and then selectively sending them to the job requests that best suits the organisation financially.
Also this organization is no different then having middle men eating the laborer’s hard earned money
Basically it is the same thing but with fancy names and an ‘HR DEPARTMENT’.
The unskilled sector is made so called ‘organized’ by thekedaars who keep them together when they are called by the person requesting jobs ,which is basically another well heard name for poor people’s money grabbers.
As the tries to organize and make the unemployed unskilled labor sector have failed due to lack of requests from the consumer side, the reason being simple, they cant cut their profits and therefore keep a high price.
Challenges we ran into
We were not able to implement specific id's for job seeker and provider in the video call connect feature, this was solved using an open end video service for all registered accounts after any successful submission.
We were finding difficulty implementing the Alan AI on our home page , which was later resolved by reading docs and watching youtube tutorials.
We were facing difficult in making mutiple bundle.js files in a single directory, we were able to rectify it by making a few changes in the webpack.config.js file.
We were having trouble integrating the API due to call back funtion in the JS file , It was resolved by watching another series of tutorials.
