This project is more of javascript functionalities than CSS upgradation. It increase the power of the end user when going through the explorer, it can have highlighting the owner transaction on the screen based on metamask wallet ID, table configuration can be changed based on user requirement and chart can of different representation, table columns can be filter, avoided model popups which hinder user interface. Users will have a GUI with more controls on what he actually need.
