The problem Router Explorer Re-design solves

-Matching UI to the current trends
-Reducing the amount of information displayed on the table for better visibility
-Adding a pop-up instead of a new window when a certain transaction is clicked. This is due to the fact that the user should be able to get back to the explorer page easily and not have to press the back button
