The problem ROSEN solves
ROSEN eliminates 3 fundamental barriers to global digital economies:
1. Cross-border friction - Traditional platforms block payments between countries/currencies. Our USDC-powered system enables instant global transactions.
2. Economic exclusion - 1.7B unbanked people can't participate in digital work. We provide stablecoin-earning opportunities requiring only a smartphone.
3. Community fragmentation - Web3 users are geographically dispersed. Our GPS mapping with Base NFT avatars creates local connections within global networks.
We've already proven this model works:

• 80+ countries represented
• $250,000+ in USDC transferred/distributed
• Won 2nd Place of PayPal PYUSD x Google Global Hackathon
• Received grant from Circle (USDC)
Now we're bringing this social layer to Base to empower its growing ecosystem and community.
Challenges I ran into
Global On/Off-Ramp Accessibility
Most of our users (in South America, Africa, and Asia) don’t have access to Coinbase. To solve this, we built a two-phase approach:

Short-Term: Leveraged a network of 40+ local ambassadors to facilitate off-ramp solutions in underserved regions.

Long-Term Vision: Reduce reliance on off-ramps by fostering an onchain economy where users earn, hold, and transact entirely in digital US dollars, e.g. $USDC on Base —eliminating the need for frequent cash-outs.
